About me
I have been in the field of education for over 25 years! I have worked with every level, from Pre-K to high school; and from general education to special education (both gifted and resource). I have been fortunate enough to be part of the team at The Center of Excellence for Educator Preparation and Innovation as a Virtual Instructional Coach. This is by far, my favorite educational endeavor. We coach as part of a team, using improvement science to increase teacher efficacy, provide resources and growth guidance, and hopefully increase retention in a field that has so many challenges. I am excited to attend this summit.
