About me
Matthew Swenson is the Director of Educational Partnerships at Challenge Success, where he leads national outreach to help K-12 schools foster student well-being, engagement, and belonging. With experience as an English teacher, assistant principal, and principal, he has a background in school leadership and transformation. Before joining Challenge Success, he was the Senior Director of Network Partnerships at New Tech Network, where he led a college access initiative across 49 schools focused on postsecondary success for students of color and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Matthew holds a B.S. in philosophy and political science and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership.
