About me
Ashley MacGavin has worked in the field of special education for over 10 years and currently serves in the role of Grant Coordinator at Riverside County SELPA in Perris, CA. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and an Administrative Services Credential, Education Specialist Credential in Mild/Moderate and Moderate Severe Disabilities, and Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with an Authorization in Mathematics. In her current role as Grant Coordinator, Ashley supports the System Improvement Leads Project, a statewide grant project that works in partnership with CDE and CCEE to build the capacity of LEAs, COEs and SELPAs across the state to improve outcomes for students with disabilities. Increased graduation rates and improved post-secondary outcomes for students with disabilities is a passion for Ashley.
